Description of service(s) The Fundy Health Centre provides access to primary health care services and for residents of Eastern Charlotte County and is located adjacent to the Fundy Nursing Home. There are 2 Nurse Practitioners on site, as well as basic diagnostic and rehabilitation services. Visiting specialists and other health professionals provide clinics on a regular basis.
