Description & Services
Description of service(s) Sunbury Shores is a not-for-profit, membership-based organization established in 1964 with a mandate to explore the connections between art and nature. The Centre contains artists' studios, printmaking shop, pottery studio, exhibition gallery, and library as well as administrative offices.
The Centre offers courses and weekend workshops in painting, pottery, rug hooking, stained glass, mosaics, printmaking, and various nature oriented activities. Children's art programs are offered in July and August. It also offers the CLASS Program (Children Learning At Sunbury Shores) for children from Kindergarten to Grade 12 in our community and surrounding area through either outreach to schools or on our premises.
